Buy or Sell Mobile Homes was set up in 2009 as a pure resale site to facilitate the sale of second-hand mobile homes in Spain. Before Brexit, the site was part of Costa Difference Spain Ltd.
Since Brexit, the three partners, Martin Theobald, Steve Burns, and Derick Theobald, have dissolved the Ltd company and relocated to Spain and Cyprus.
In 2023, it was decided to use the Buy or Sell domain name as part of a Facebook group to assist people in selling their mobile homes independently.
In 2024, with all three having great experience with custom-built park homes, it was decided to add the provision of new custom-built mobile homes to the website and Facebook group.
With all three working independently, each plays a different role in the Buy or Sell Mobile Homes project. Martin deals with the website and Facebook group, Steve deals with telecommunications, and Derick deals with normal mail as required.

All three have worked alongside the factory in Alicante for many years, so switching from park homes to mobile homes was easy. The build process is the same; the only differences are size and price.
